Terms and Conditions

Stall Allocation

  • Market Stall: The Vendor shall be allocated one 6ft x 2ft table within their own dedicated 3m x 2m sized space. This stall type will not be shared with any other Vendors.

  • Larger Space Only: The Vendor shall be allocated 6m x 3m sized space only. This stall type will not be shared with any other Vendors.

  • Standard Stall Package: The Vendor shall be allocated their own 3m x 1.5m. This stall type will not be shared with any other Vendors.

  • Premium Cart: The Vendor shall be allocated their own 3m by 3m Premium Cart. This stall type will not be shared with any other Vendors.

  • Additional stall space may be purchased by request only: marketing@monos.ai

  • The Company reserves the right to determine stall locations and is not subject to changes once allocated.

  • All Stall Allocations are firm and final. There shall be no movement.

  • All Stalls are given on a non-exclusive basis unless given in writing to the specific retailer. (You can request an Exclusivity for an additional fee.) There may be other vendors who bring similar items. Management does not take any responsibility for similar items being sold.

Equipment and Utilities

  • The Company and Site do provide Power and this is an additional fee. Please arrange directly with your Account Manager.

  • Food Truck Vendors must supply their own silent diesel generators for power.

  • The use of open fire grills and BBQS are strictly prohibited.

  • The Vendor can only bring items and goods that are listed on the Application Form. Should there be any extra items/goods not listed, they will not be permitted to be brought on-site.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the event is cancelled by the Company or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.

  • Should the Vendor decide to cancel their placement, they must do so in writing 30 days prior to the event. There are no refunds given and instead, the Vendor is transferred to the next available event.

  • There are strictly no refunds. We operate a no-refunds policy. If the organisers cancel the event, the booking is transferred to the next future event.

  • No refunds include bad weather or in the unlikely event of poor sales on your stall. You are responsible for the sales of your own stall.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must provide all relevant paperwork as requested by the deadline given. This includes Food Hygiene Certificates, Public Liability, Risk Assessments and all other Vendor Documentation. Failure to do so will result in a removal from the event and your stall being non-refundable.

  • Vendor Documentation Submission is the Vendor’s sole responsibility. No refunds given for non-submission.

  • Vendors must set up and pack up only in the allocated timeframes given on event days.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Vendors must remove all rubbish and waste. Should they not be removed, a Cleaning Fee of £50 will be incurred.

  • Vendors must obtain and maintain their own Public Liability insurance coverage.

  • Vendors must only bring the goods and items listed on their Application Form. Should they bring anything not listed, Management reserves the right to eject the retailer or restrict the Vendor from selling the extra non-listed items.

  • Vendors must promote their stall pre-event, on the event day and post-event. It is in the best interests of the vendor’s brand and MONOS MARKETS to maximise promotion.

Conduct

  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

  • Vendors are expected to remain within their designated space and respect their neighboring Vendors.

  • Vendors are expected to respect the organisers, guests and other vendors at all times.

  • Any slander, disrespect, non-compliance with the rules set or aggresive, violent behaviour will result in immediate ejection from the site along with a permenant Blacklist from all future events.

Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury incurred by the Vendor.

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding event attendance or footfall.

Legal Compliance

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations.

  • The laws of the United Kingdom govern this Agreement, and any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.

By purchasing a stall package, you agree to the terms and conditions. The parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to abide by them.
